It’s March in Minnesota, and the weather is out of control as usual.
It rained yesterday. It’s apparently going to be snowing tomorrow. It could be in the 60’s next week for all we know. The weather’s crazy, and you’re in need of a versatile pair of shoes. One that can get you through all of these conditions, stay clean, and still look fly. We’ve got you covered. Here’s 3 great all-weather shoes.
Adidas Tubular X
Kicking the list off is the Tubular X, a new model from Adidas that’s been a hit the past few months. The thick sole provides the traction and grip you need, while the high-top offers extra protection agains the elements. However, on the flip side, the lightweight upper and ample mesh on the toebox make the shoe breezy enough for warmer days as well. Versatility on ten.
Nike Air Mowabb
A spiritual successor to any boot/sneaker hybrid you might see nowadays, the Air Mowabb is a favorite among old heads and young collectors alike. The neoprene sleeve keeps your foot locked in, the rough, rugged outsole can take you through any season, and the classic colorway will look good no matter if you’re trudging through the snow or chilling at the lake. You can literally never go wrong with these.
Reebok Pump Fury Cordura
Not really into the whole sneakerboot hybrid kind of thing? More partial to runners and running-inspired silhouettes? Then these might just be the jawnz for you. You get a lightweight runner upper..but one that’s made out of Cordura, a water-resistant and extremely durable fabric. You’ll have to make do with the exposed midfoot…but some fire socks (probably wool if it’s gonna be cold out) will do the trick.
