When summer comes around, it’s extremely important that your sneaker game is right. Transitioning from fits you’d wear in the colder months with more layers and darker colors to simpler summer fits with lighter colors and less layers can prove challenging. You’ve got less to wear, so you need to make it count.
Thankfully, it looks like Jordan Brand will have you covered all this summer, as they’re re-releasing one of the best Jordan IV’s of all time, the “Pure Money”. We haven’t seen them since 2010 … and we’ve got to say: we’re extremely excited to see them again, as they’re returning at the perfect time.
They’re absolutely ideal for the warmer months. They’re clean and simple, and everyone needs a pair of all-whites in their summer rotation. However not everyone wants something as sleek as a Stan Smith, and not everyone wants something as bulky as an Air Force I, so the Pure Money 4 occupies the perfect middle ground.
It’s a great shoe for either jeans (when it’s not too hot) or shorts (when it’s extremely hot), so you can wear it no matter what kind of heat index Mother Nature decides to throw at you, and since it’s all-leather it’ll be easy to clean if your adventures get you into somewhere dirtier.
They’ll be dropping on the 13th of next month, and will likely sell out fast, so you’ll need to be quick.
And let’s be honest here: it’s good to see a summer heater from Jordan Brand. It kinda takes you back to the good old days when they were really running things, doesn’t it?
