Welcome to July. The month isn’t even 72 hours old yet, and we’re already being blessed with a cornucopia of dope sneaker releases, which makes it a perfect time for one of our infamous Top 5 lists. Some of the kicks on the list dropped yesterday (if you didn’t get them already, they’re probably sold out), and some are dropping today…but no matter what kind of sneaker you like, there’s something for you on this list. Let’s get right to it. Here’s the top 5 sneaker releases this weekend, top 5 sneaker releases this weekend (don’t worry…we won’t say it a 3rd time. This isn’t Beetlejuice).

5. Major x Reebok Phase 1 Pro-Today, $150

Washington, D.C. sneaker shop Major is going full-on patriotic with this Reebok Phase 1 that’s arriving just in time for the 4th of July. Stars? Check. Stripes? Check. All the little details you’d love in a collab (check the laces and heel)? Check. The best 4th of July shoe of 2016.

4. Air Jordan I High “Gym Red”-Yesterday, $160

These Gym Red I’s hit the shelves at the perfect time. What more could you ask for in a summer shoe? The color blocking is classic and simple, and the silver swoosh adds just enough of a pop to make this shoe stand out. So easy to work into your summer rotation.

3. Adidas EQT ADV Support-Yesterday, $ N/A

Classic style, classic colorway. Adidas is on it right now, and the EQT Support adds to their long list of hits. Not a fan of the Three Stripes? It’s gonna be a long summer for you.

2. Slam Jam x Adidas Tubular Nova-Today, $150

Slam Jam adds their special touch to one of the hottest shoes on the market right now…and what’s the result? Pure fire. The shoes look elegant and refined, with premium leather, a rough-cut canvas base, and heel detailing all done up in a white/grey colorway. For our money, it’s the best Tubular Nova yet.

1. Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Classic Leather-Yesterday, $110

Nobody was beating King Kendrick out for the #1 spot this week. The man with the highest batting average in hip-hop (he’s literally incapable of making a bad song) also fares pretty well when it comes to sneaker collaborations, and his latest continues that trend. The shoes are all about unity and neutrality, with red adorning the left shoe, and blue the right, plus an exposed stitch down the middle, literally bringing the shoe together, as Kendrick hopes to do with his community. #1 by a landslide.
