It’s a big weekend for Jordan Brand. They’re dropping 4 (that’s right, 4) shoes…and they’re all bangers. From the re-issue of a classic to a shoe designed for one of the world’s best soccer players, there’s something for everyone…so we decided we’d put a little twist on our usual “Best Sneaker Releases This Weekend” piece, and simply do the best Jordan releases this weekend, as there’s certainly enough of them. Let’s get right to it.
4. Jordan V Low “Neymar”-Today, $200
The Neymar V Lows might just be the most interesting shoe releasing this weekend, and even though we’re not huge fans of the Low V, this is one of the better colorways that we’ve seen. The speckled 3M on the upper is dope, and putting Neymar’s “10” on the left shoe & MJ’s “23” on the right was a nice touch as well. You already know all the soccer (or “football” if we’re being correct) fan sneakerheads love these.
3. Jordan XI Low “Navy/Gum”-Saturday, $170
Gum soles look dope on everything, so you already know they’re killer on these XI Lows. The dark navy upper is offset perfectly by the white midsole and gum outsole to give you a shoe that’s light enough for summer, but dark enough for fall and winter. Best new XI low colorway of the last few years? We think so.
2. Jordan XI Low “Cherry”-Saturday, $170
Arguably our favorite XI low colorway, everyone’s going crazy about the Cherrys. If a rare pair like the Neymar 5 Lows weren’t dropping this weekend, the thirst for these would be off the charts…and it’s easy to see why. They’re dropping at the perfect time of the year to be put in any sneakerhead’s summer rotation.
1. Air Jordan I High OG “Metallic Navy”-Saturday, $160
C’mon son. You didn’t really think anything else could take the #1 spot this weekend, did you? You already know we love our Jordan I’s here at KicksOneTwo, and when an OG pair like the Metallic Navy jawns is re-released for the first time, we’re bout it. So clean. So simple. So elegant. So easy to pick for the #1 spot this weekend.
