Coogi and Puma Are Combining Forces For Some Vintage Goodness

Coogi and Puma. Two brands that have a great history and have established their place in street culture history, Coogi for their loud and colorful sweaters, and Puma for their classic footwear silhouettes.

Since both brands have such a strong heritage, it seems only right that they came together for a collab on one of Puma’s most iconic models, the classic Clyde.

The collection consists of two different Clyde colorways, and co-branded apparel, set to drop sometime later this summer. The first sneaker to release will be the all-over print Clyde pictured at the top of the article … and it’s extremely unique.

Each pair features complete Coogi sweater uppers taken directly off the spool to ensure that no two are the same. If that’s not cool enough for you, they also come equipped with 18-karat gold lace tips and eyelets for a little extra touch of luxury.

The second pair, pictured above, features a more minimal style (if the all-over print is too much for you), and is set to release later this summer alongside the apparel. There’s no hard info on price yet, but we can bet that they won’t be quite as expensive as the all-over sweater print jawns (do you really think all that sweater and that 18K won’t come at a premium price? Don’t kid yourself).

If you’re feeling opulent, the all-over sweater pair will release at Puma Lab by Foot Locker, Kith, and Nice Kicks LA on March 9th. Go ahead and get your Biggie on … we ain’t mad at ya.
