BLVCK SPVCE Is Performing At The Soundset Pre-Party Tomorrow.

It’s that time of year again.

Soundset, the annual Rhymesayers-hosted hip-hop festival boasting performances from the likes of J. Cole and Big Sean is this Sunday. As always, there’s a pre-party and an afterparty.

But the pre-party is a little different this year. KicksOneTwo homies BLVCK SPVCE will be performing at First Ave with several other artists.

The jogger pant. An essential in many wardobes. Goes great with all kinds of kicks.

Yes, the jogger pant is a staple piece in street and sneaker culture. But where do they stand? A few years back, they were a must-have item. Nowadays everyone from Abercrombie to True Religion makes them, and you can find them on clearance at your local TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

The question then arises: Are they still relevant? Do they have the same pull they did back when they came storming on the scene? It’s an interesting question, and one that deserves further investigating. read more

It’s back, and it’s better than ever. You read the title right, we’ve got an all-new Starting Five for you, featuring one of the waviest female sneakerheads in Minnesota,  our girl Jessica. With everything from Jordans to Flyknit to Air Max, (and some great backdrops thanks to the Walker Sculpture Garden) it’s a dope and varied rotation.

Flyknit is one of my favorite sneaker materials and the Roshe is one of my favorite silhouettes, so obviously the Flyknit Roshe has gotta make an appearance on my Starting Five. The multicolor is by far the best color way of the many that have released so far. read more
