For today’s Kick Pic, we bring you one of our favorite snaps we’ve ever taken. Here’s Ross rocking the Jordan I “Bred”
I love the Jordan Future. I think it’s exactly what Jordan Brand needs: an innovative product that is on the cutting edge of cool. It’s a perfect summer sneaker too. A lightweight woven upper with a super-comfy and dope Jordan XI midsole and outsole too? Money. As you can see below, there’s even colors to fit any taste (there are even a few dope ones that aren’t pictured here like the JBC model.)
Yet for some strange reason, people continue to sleep on these. Although some of the woven premium models have sold out fast, the solid color models usually stay on shelves for days if not weeks. Why is that? Want to complain about Jordan Brand’s lack of innovation? Well here’s your innovation: It’s a great lightweight shoe that takes hints from the current tech running trend with the woven upper, but still keeps it classic with the midsole and outsole. What more could you ask for?
If you’re like the KicksOneTwo staff, you likely enjoy watching sneaker videos on Youtube. From TBlake, to Mr. Foamer Simpson, to YoAnty, there’s several different channels, all of which have their own unique flavor and take on the culture.
However ,there’s one type of video on these channels that I can’t stand. UNBOXINGS. There’s nothing more yawn-inducing than an unboxing video. From the obligatory “gee I wonder what’s in this box even though I already know” moment to the hasty review of whatever sneaker was shipped out, unboxings are typically real snoozers.
This Thursday, Supreme is releasing the latest installment in their popular ongoing collaboration with Comme Des Garcons SHIRT. With two dope pairs of Vans (a SK8 Hi and Era) as well as a New Era 5950, the collection is sure to sell out almost instantly. Check the pics below, and be ready at 11:00 AM Central time this Thursday!
Here at KicksOneTwo, we’re big Billionaire Boys Club fans. However, we understand that it’s a pretty pricy brand and can be a little out of some budgets. Enter Billionaire Archive! It’s BBC/Ice Cream’s official sale site, and there’s always solid deals to be had. Looking to pick up some new threads? Here’s the 3 best sale items right now.
1. “Bandiirad” T-Shirt
2. Bee Line S/S Stripe Shirt
3. Bee Line Tweed Fitted
For this edition of Music Mondays we bring you a feel-good summer track, meant to be bumped in the car with the windows down. It’s very likely you’ve heard this before, but if not, here’s your chance to get familiar. Here’s Dr. Dre‘s “Xxplosive” featuring Hittman, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, and Six-Two.

It seems to be somewhat common nowadays to hate on popular sneakers. Be it the Carmine 6’s that released a few weeks back or honestly any Jordan 11, you’ll hear people saying stuff like “Those aren’t even sick. Everyone’s got them” or “I don’t see what’s really all that crazy about those”.
I’m not entirely sure why we do this. It’s honestly almost hipster-ish in nature. You don’t like something because everyone else has got it? So what? Would you think it’s fresh if it was more limited and other people didn’t have it?
For this week’s Starting Five, we bring you KicksOneTwo homie Alex‘s rotaton. With dope Jordans and Nikes (plus a great Mississippi River backdrop!), this was a very enjoyable rotation to shoot. Enjoy!
1. Nike KD 6 EXT “Floral”
KD is one of my favorite players, and this is my favorite KD from this year. The floral print is crazy, and you can’t go wrong with an icy sole.
2. Jordan 11 “Bred”
Can’t go wrong with the Breds. They’re a classic shoe that looks good with anything. The patent leather gets me every time.
