Yeezy season.
This last weekend, Ross was lucky enough to grab a pair of the Yeezy Boost 350’s online, and you know we had to get some snaps as soon as they arrived. Enjoy the pictures, and if you’re in the market for a pair, head to eBay or Flight Club…and make sure your wallet is ready.
It finally happened.
You got lucky either online or on a raffle, and you copped a pair of valuable limited kicks. You’re already daydreaming about how all your friends are going to be jealous when you roll up to the function in your new pair, and you can’t help but imagine stunting on all the GR-wearing suckers at the mall too.
But then you start thinking about something else.
You’ve seen the same shoes on eBay. People are paying $700, $800, even over $1,000. That’s a lot of money for a pair of shoes. You start thinking about what you could do with that money, but you’re still not sure if you’re ready to pull the trigger and sell.
For today’s Kick Pic, we bring you a snap of Ross rocking a pair of Reebok Kamikaze II’s.
Online releases. They’re a major part of today’s sneaker game. Every shoe you want isn’t going to be available locally, so you’re forced to go to the internet (sometimes early in the morning on a weekend..which is awful) to get the shoes you want.
This means that you’ll be competing with people across the country and the world who want the same kicks that you do, so you need to be quick to get what you want. Thankfully there’s a few easy hacks I’ve learned to make this process simpler that I’d be glad to pass along to you. Here’s a few tips and tricks for getting sneakers online.
It’s Friday, and a weekend full of heat is almost upon us. You’ll want to get your web browsers (and your wallets) ready, as there’s enough fire to burn down a residential neighborhood dropping these next few days. Here’s our five favorite shoes set to drop this weekend (today included), in order as always.
5. Colette x Asics Gel Lyte III “Dotty”
Asics continues to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their beloved Gel Lyte III silhouette by collaborating with France’s own Colette. Dubbed the “Dotty” this pair adorns the classic with white and blue accents and an all-over polka dot print.
For today’s Kick Pic, we bring you a snap of Jahmade rocking the Kith “Daytona” New Balance 1600’s.
It’s seemingly the only shoe that’s been discussed these last few weeks. It’s being discussed in Facebook sneaker groups, barbershops, and boutiques all over the world. It’s the Yeezy 350 Boost, the most anticipated shoe of the last few months by a long shot.
Opinions vary from extremely positive to exceptionally negative. The shoe’s supporters will say that it’s a great representation of what Kanye is trying to achieve with his new Adidas line (while also incorporating Adidas’s newest and best technology), while its detractors will say that it looks like a Roshe Run knockoff, and is just flat-out ugly.
